What techniques do you use to begin exploring the concept of remote viewing?

NASA has a lot of experience with this kind of thing. It generally goes by 'remote sensing'. In order to get started, you really just have to look at some satellite photos. The real skill is being able to identify what you're seeing. Remote sensing comes in a number of types. You can have photographs from airplanes that are in color, or you can have satellite photos. Sometimes, you may even get photos in infrared. Infrared photos are especially useful for studying vegetation and urban development. See the link below for more info.

Depends on what you really mean. If you actually mean remote sensing, that is using things like spacecraft, and sensors to image things far away from where you are, I would invest in some science and or engineering courses.

If you mean that "psychic" babble about thinking really hard about locations and being able to see them, well you should contact Lady Cleo, I hear she needs someone to sub for here while she takes a vacation.
