The sale is good for anything The Unexplainable Store sells. Shipping charges for physical items are specified below. Store credit is redeemable by emailing unexplainable.net@gmail.com with your receipt number and your product selections. You must be specific when redeeming your credit. Your selections must add up to the amount of your store credit or under. And you must use all your store credit at one time.
The store credit CAN be used on Package Deals, Single Recordings, CD’s, and Crystal Sets.
Shipped CD’s- A $10 shipping and processing fee shall be applied to CD orders. This $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. This $10 charge will cover shipping on ALL your CD’s. This is NOT a per CD charge.
Crystal Sets- A $5 shipping and processing fee will be charged for each crystal set you order. This $5 charge shall be deducted from your store credit. If you order multiple crystal sets, $5 shipping fee will be applied for each set.
If you use your credit for Crystal sets and CD’s, you will be responsible for both shipping fees. Crystal sets and CD’s are Not eligible for combined shipping. They will arrive in separate packages because they ship from different places.
Please allow up to 72 business hours for your package to be shipped, or to receive your downloads. Usually we will handle it quicker, but we are expecting a large response to this offer.
