it comes from imagination which is another term for remote viewing

I know of my past lives.
I havent had hypnosis but have had readings with past life regressionists who have told me about many past lives especially ones that pertain a great deal to who I am and who I am with today.
In one past life I was a monk (and thats one of many)
Today I live in solitude.

I would personally not recommend it especially if your life is going great because anything that has happened in a previous incarnation more often than not is echoed with whats happening or has happened to you in this incarnation.

im still new to the whole astral projection process but i was wondering can a physical change happen if someone uses astral projection or are we just observers when traveling to the astral plane? If so then is it possible for example to astral projection from our bodies and possess another with that person having no memory or idea what briefly happened to them? I heard about how some people can astral projection many times a week while others take longer to do.
