but it isn't real, therefore any answers you get would be irrelevant, technique or not. It's all up to pure chance, and what you trick your mind to believe or not believe. Ask they government- they spent six million figuring out it was inconclusive.

The fact that you are seriously asking means you will eventually learn it.
1) The first thing to do is clear your mind as in a light meditative state.
2) Think about whatever you want to remote view
3) Write down whatever impressions come to your mind quickly, before your analytical mind can contaminate.
Here's a good exercise. Before you first meet someone, remote view what you think they will look like and write down your impression of them. I'll bet you will get it right most of the time. Remember, with RV you won't usually see a picture of something but rather get impressions. You can already do it.
1)Relax.
2)Focus on your remote viewing target
3)Write down your impressions
4)Practice. Practice, Practice.
