Is it easy to do? Is it all fake? Do you need to be gifted to do it? Just anything you would like to state on the matter, I want to hear opinions.

Astral projection is just a "fancy" word for saying that you have figured out how to control your dreams. Do I think it is real? Yes , I do. But ALL is possible if you think it about it. Easy, I'm not sure about that. Fake, it certainly could be. But the people who do this, certainly believe in it. You know that like "sleep-state", when you are nearly awake but still technically sleeping? This is when you can feel closest to it.
