Well many can’t … Well many can’t astral project, maybe you have some fear or inhabitions about going out of body, try to relax more and quite the consious mind but counting backward from 300 till it seems peaceful, if we are to aware it is hard to get out. You must have faith in you spirits abilities. Shep.
man, when ever i … man, when ever i try to get out i pull my arm up and then i “shoot” back in my body i jerk and my eyes pop open im almost able to do it im so close. any ideas why?
No that is not … No that is not possible, you cannot break the silver cord it on breaks after death and no you cannot swap bodies with someone else, but if you spiritual it is possible to some extent to share yourself with someone very open and close who is also very aware spiritually. I have done this just once with a girl friend it was great, I could feel her mind and emotions. Shep.

Well you need to look that up what colours mean what, but you can tell a persons moods and emotions from the auras colours and you can tell if they are unwell by seeing dark spots or muddy looking aura.
