this is my second day performing Ho ‘oponopono. i know the principle is sound. self-forgiveness and self-love have to come first…and of course accepting 100% responsibility for all that is in my life.
i find being 100% responsible to be a relief actually. i mean, if the situations and challenges i face were created by someone else, i would have no chance to heal those things. i would simply be a victim.

It would take a while for me to explain everything that’s happened since I started doing this, but it’s safe to say that one good think right after another keeps happening to me.
The best think about it is attaining an overall sense of peace and leaving your heart open for more good things to happen to you.
