Does a higher being have to have a physical manifestation in order to exist?

In this context, suppose a higher being is God.

If one believes in the Creation, then you would have to say no, since there was no thing in physics before the Creation–except the mystic apparition of God. Unless you somehow believe that God himself is a physical existent of existence.

The question was answered in the beginning of life as we know our life to be in this form.

Not if it is a higher being I suppose. It can be whatever of whatever. And if it did have some sort of material base to it, that material base could theoretically be made of wobbly jello, or anything else you imagine. It does, however, need to be definable. Without that definition then it is merely imagination, because what else made you aware of it other than your own mind telling you it were so?

It does need to have a physical manifestation in order to communicate with you because as far as we can tell, we receive no signals other than what our senses perceive. It is anyone's right to disagree with that but it is much easier to prove that we receive no signals beyond our five senses than it is to prove otherwise. Anything beyond that is pure belief. And with the power of belief, anything is possible. So long as you ascribe to it.

The answer to your question is no it does not. Now before we get off track we must also acknowledge that it doesn't mean that it DOES exist.

It is sufficient the imagination is capable of conjuring spectacular and sensational imagery, lucid imaging is a manifestation in itself.

Perfection is constructed by the conscious and changing needs of man. What then are the virtues and attributes of higher man … one must know perfection, create first with ideas, to manifest the same ideals within the person…

What is a "higher being"? A superior species of extraterrestrial? But without some manner of "physical manifestation" how would one deduce their existence?

Or is this about 'ghosts'? Or 'angels'? Or 'devils'? Or some kind of incorporeal beings in the realm of superstition? If so, then indulge in whatever fantasies suit your desires.

Not at all. Humans give it one so they can identify with something.

"Higher Being" is variously Deity, Angels, etc.

"Physical" is for human purposes that which ancient Greeks termed "physis."

In point of fact, Energy, which is God, is variously and precisely downstepped. In this pure sense, even a photon has mindfulness, e.g. "perceives" the Universe as present point. ("Light Is a Living Spirit," O. M. Aivanhov.)

The "great chain of Being" may thus include even physis manifestations, but Being is downstepped, not superveniently accreted per Whiteheadian process philosophy (which latter is like Teilhard de Chardin's in-gathering of monadic development).

The basic plan of Great Tao or God is Oneness individed as and individuated per Alpha and Omega, initiation and completion.

"The Path of the Higher Self," Mark Prophet, gives cogent examples.

Not sure. I prefer the physical manifestations of lower beings
