<p>I don&#8217;t fear.</p>
<p>I react and it looks a little like panic but it is always directed at succeeding and surviving until recently when I began to direct it towards love and that reaction is the least fearful of all. Alas it is the most confusing of all for others to deal with.</p>
<p>As for the subconscious, the only fear you should be having is that you do not get enough rest or that your brain becomes traumatized. In the fist case yu can become a sleep walker. In the second case the trauma creates bypasses in the brain and some memories are hidden from you to prevent you from living in pain.</p>
<p>As for bringing your worst thoughts to life that ia always within your capabilities but to fear doing so is to fear being a God. That fear is normally limited to doctors and expectant parents but if you are a mad scientist I can see you having fun with this fear as well. I don&#8217;t. I only know that I hurt people and that is not always a good thing. I also know that hurts me. Try not to be a God if you can.</p>
