Is everything in existence a manifestation of energy and consciousness?
It's a yes and many here have made good points already.
We know that matter is made up of atoms and atoms are made of energy. So "matter" is just a term to refer to manifestation of energy that can be detected or perceived.
This perception of energy for us is from "out far" or "out of focus" where the energy has been "ossified" or cooled in space and time so that what we see as matter is really a snapshot and not the real thing. We are not looking at the source or center but the outer fringes.
But what is the source of this energy? Consciousness is the only possible answer and each of us are participants of a universal consciousness that is absolute potentiality and we tap into this when we are least focused on matter.

There is a relationship between energy and physical presence in that things contain energy that can be released in the right circumstances (e.g. set light to them). The idea that things manifest consciousness is fanciful. I know of no evidence to support the notion. Oh …. hang on …. my floor begs to differ ….

Yes, and when the energy and conscious is strong enough, you can even see it and call it 'matter.'

Universe has energy running through it. As to consciousness human consciousness if meant manifests like this as a political artistic force which can change the world if things brought to consciousness of humanity as whole. Racism among humans is acknowledged. There is another form of racism not aknowledged which is the racism of humanity in the attituide it is superior destined to exploit planet. Everything which happens then would be manifestation of Human Supremacist attituides which are in form of mining, oil drilling,war,human and animal rights attacks,genocide. While not sought can say this is as close as can answer. To explain further to change human consciousness about human require supremacy completly it would U.N. or decisions of national governments none of which at momment are strong enough. Up to citizens to see it does and empower both types of organisations with support.Hope not annoyed at answer.

This all could be true but only for the physical world, as all matter is energy: the motion, the state of constant change due to which all things stay in their states of consistency to churn out a sense of time for our conscious minds. All things of material nature are in fact purely energetic forms: the electron, proton, neutron and the electromagnetic light which we see with, the lightest material form in nature. The power in the world comes about when consciousness is energized into its beings the grater the consciousness the greater the accumulation of energy and therefore the greater the power at its disposal.
There could be more things in existence, and as the word everything suggests, but this is just as far as I know. The division between energy and consciousness might just be the principle of a physical reality as we all are composites of mind and body. There could also be pure absolute mind in existence need nothing else separate as energy for its being.
