What are the rules of astral projection.?

My uncle said that when u leave ur body, u most walk a few steps away and walk towards ur body. each time encreasing the number of steps. This is so because u are not familiar with this world and I guess u depend on memory?

It's not impossible, but I don't know of any predefined rules.

There are rules and you'll figure them out as you keep going. as for walking back and forth thats not something you need to do but some ppl seem to be bound to there bodies and find it hard to travel even outside there own room. I've been projecting for many years and the rules and boundaries seem to change as you reach higher levels. You should keep a journal and write down your experiences.
