has anyone used binaural beats and have they had any effect any info on them please ta in advance
Yup. it's really safe to use binaural beats along with hypnosis tapes. Infact, subliminal cds/tapes that are available off the shelves nowadays have binaural beats embedded in them. These embedded tracks are very helpful in making you treat ailments or make you change your habits like smoking etc. By embedded binaural beats into subliminal cds, it makes it more effective on the person listening to it. I read a couple of articles regarding subliminal cds at http://www.chargedaudio.com. Find them pretty helpful.

Unless you have a medical condition which could be induced by these actions, the beats and hypnoses should not have a negative effect on your biological equilibrium.
However, your psyche may be exposed or skewed somewhat..
