I am interested in binaural beats for improving my life and to cure my addictions. Does anyone have brainwave entrainment software which they would recommend?
I used binaural beats to help me to quit drinking and they really helped. There are several products on the market. I purchased Brainwave generator, Brainsound studio and neuro programmer and they are all great programs. There are also some free programs available for example SBagen, Braingym and Gnaural. SBagen is very good but a little tricky to use, The Braingym is a great program for anyone who wants a point and click solution and you can combine your own MP3s, ambient backgrounds on the fly and Winaural is a good open source program. I'd recommend the Braingym because it is aimed at the novice user and is really easy to use and you can do whatever you want with the output.
