The more you multitrack the binaural beats, more effective they are? I'm talking about in a specific range, alpha for example.

Let's say that a preset have 8 tracks (8 different beats) working around that range to be played simultaneously. If a put plus 8 different binaural tracks in that mix, around the same range, the efficience will be duplicated? And if so, too much multitracking may cause damage in the mind/brain?
