I just have to be blunt. Past life regression is BS. So is hypnosis. The best way to cure a phobia is to decide that you are not going to let it control you! You conquer IT! If you have a fear of flying, for example, ask yourself why. Do you fear for the rest of the people on the airplane? Or do you think that it would only crash if you were on it? I used to feel this way - but then I realized that if God would be on the scene to keep the other passengers safe, then He would keep me safe as well. Fly! Scared of heights? Well, I would be scared to walk on a catwalk building a skyscraper - and who says I am required to ever do that anyway? But if I had a fear of heights, I would gradually climb higher, inch by inch, realizing that every inch of the way, I was only one inch higher than I had been before and it's no big deal. Those are just a couple of examples. In summary: face your fears. That is the only way to conquer them. And you will!

I don't believe in past life regression. I've had someone tell me about my past lives (she was a psychic), and when I checked out the historical facts, they were totally wrong. But I do think that hypnosis by a legitimate therapist can and does help.

I have done past life regression and it can help to clear phobias, but you have to pay close attention to the details in your past life. I enjoyed looking and learning from my past life. Good Luck…
