Try reading Michael Newton’s books: Journey of Souls, Destiny of Souls, and this guy in the video Bruch Goldberg has a lot of books, eg Past Lives, Future Lives Revealed. Amazing books and very enlightening.

Count me in as one of the doubters…until, as a hypnotherapist myself, I witnessed amazing PLRs and then experienced my own. And, no, not all of them are amazing and full of adventure; I had one client who sat in a chair in a house…but her revelation about her past life was incredible and helped her in this current life. The greatest book on past life regression (I think) is Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss, MD and to anyone who watched Oprah this week when he was on: “wasn’t it amazing?” When you read his book–the woman Catherine that he had the experience with with all her past lives, just amazes me and makes me so happy! I think it is wonderful : )

i also think that previous lives can explain a lot of what we are today, e.g. you pick up a musical instrument and start playing it perfectly even though you have never had anything to do with it before,i think some of us have ‘leftovers’ from a previous life and most of the time this can be helpful specially when we don’t think we have it anymore..memory cannot completely be obliterated, thought patterns invariably find their way back to the right sources & sometimes unfortunately 2 the wrong 1

i think past lifes can be interesting, especially when solving a problem, e.g. your scared of enclosed places and in this life nothing has happened to you to explain it, so you ‘regress’ & find out you were locked in a coffin all day by your little brother…bingo!!! problem explained,the moral here is that i believe anything that works on you or solves one of your problems no matter how bizarre the ‘antidote’…..

What if every one knew how to do past life regression or future life view.
