Also, are the terms "Transcendent Warfare and Asymmetrical Warfare” synonymous, or do they have their own connotation?
'Remote Viewing' was a scam some people who claimed to have ESP pulled on the CIA during the cold war. The CIA spent a couple of million dollars before discovering that the guys were frauds - then tried to classify the whole matter in order to avoid looking like fools. (Which only got them in more trouble with Congress.)
"Transcendent Warfare" is not a military term.
"Asymmetric warfare' - refers to tactics used against enemies who are not fighting us on a conventional battlefield.
