Okay, I have a big problem… I already *sort of* know what this song is, apparently it’s ‘Remote Viewing’ by Tangerine Dream, the only problem is, I went and bought their album ‘exit’ which has this track, but it’s not the same one… it’s like a remix of this… it has the same underlying sounds and rythym but it’s not nearly as good as this version, in my opinion. However I looked everywhere for another version or mix of Remote Viewing but can’t find any evidence one exists. Could anyone help me on this?

Yeah, this is …
Yeah, this is definitely Sunset Drive, which was a remix of Remote Viewing not the other way round. Wavelength featured a lot of snippets of things they’d already made before. You can just imagine a director playing a track from one of their albums and saying “this would work for this scene” or “could you do something along these lines” and so they’d already have a finished piece or the framework of something to adapt instead of starting something from scratch. Probably saves time and budget.

Your uploaded track …
Your uploaded track was also called “Sunset Drive” and featured on the Tangerine Dream “Wavelength” movie soundtrack however the running time of this piece is 3:27. TD have a habit of pieces of music having different names depending on release.
