It's a parapsychological phenomenon. It means that someone can use the power of their own mind to see things, objects, places, etc. that are remote in distance and time. That is, they can see inside closed rooms, even in another country. It's almost as if they are in spirit form, and walk in spirit form, and can see through different eyes.

It's not only the ability to see things that are out of your normal path of sight, but it can also include moving and/or affecting objects or electronics. Its kind of like meditation. I've heard that countries have tried to gather groups of people together to focus on partciular objects or machines in order to sabotage them. Kind of like mystical warfare.

The nosebleed section of the stadium. I also had an apartment that looked over a stadium so I could see the scoreboard and replays. That's also remote viewing.
